Pam Porath , M.A.
Consultant, Leader

Pam is expert in organization change management. Her special talent is in customizing and installing the General Electric Work-Out(TM) process and the GE Change Acceleration Process (CAP) across an entire organization. In addition, she has broad experience designing and implementing organizational cultural integration processes for major acquisitions and providing leadership development workshops.

Her most recent corporate position at the Stanley Works included Work-Out(TM) strategy development, Work-Out(TM) Facilitator training and leadership alignment and development.

As a member of the GE Corporate Leadership Development (CLD) Crotonville, NY   Work-Out(TM) and Change Acceleration Process (CAP) team, her responsibilities were to lead company-wide CAP and Work-Out(TM) efforts, advocate high-leverage customer/supplier CAP/Work-Out(TM) sessions, lead Integration Strategy Workshops and to provide support for sharing Best Practices across the Company. As the CLD program manager for Acquisition Integration, her responsibilities included Cultural Integration Workshops, Integration Strategy Workshops and she provided integration support to the GE businesses.

Before joining the GE team at Crotonville, NY, Pam was Manager of Organizational Change and Development for GE Capital's Retailer Financial Services (RFS) business.   In that capacity, she was responsible for leveraging strategic change in RFS through leadership development, Work-Out(TM)/CAP, 360 ° surveys, culture change, team development, and training and development.   In this role, she led the design team and helped launch the 360 ° survey throughout RFS, designed and developed training programs for RFS, and provided leadership development training and consulting support to multiple RFS sites.

Pam holds a BA in Social Work from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Adult Education and Adult Spirituality from Regis University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute.
