Nancy is a LifeTrails(TM) business consultant with more than ten years experience in the areas of corporate human resources management, team building, customer service, and leadership coaching and development.   Her track record includes the successful implementation of initiatives in strategic planning, 360-degree development, transition management, and needs assessment for a broad range of organizations.

Her credits include global, Fortune 100 corporations like IBM, Dow Jones and ATT, mid-size companies like Parragon Professionals and Drake Beam, Morin, plus non-profit groups.   Nancy specializes in developing competency-based performance management systems, and in utilizing behaviorally-based assessment instruments such as MBTI®, EQi(TM) and Zenger-Miller Leadership Skills Training, in which she is certified.

Nancy holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Thomas Edison State College. She now is pursuing a doctoral degree in Human and Organization Development at Fielding Graduate Institute.

She has taught career strategies, first line leadership and Zenger-Miller Leadership Training as adjunct faculty at County College of Morris. And, she is an accredited online instructor with the University of Phoenix.

Nancy's extensive experience combines excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach that strengthens her commitment to a successful implementation.
