Social Psychologist, Communications and Learning Consultant
Frank is an educator, an interpersonal and media communications specialist and founder of LifeTrails®, Inc. LifeTrails helps individuals and the organizations they work for to make better decisions in an environment of constant change.
Frank consults with clients in the law enforcement, education, business and government sectors. His practice focuses on individual coaching and group development.
Currently, he teaches undergraduate developmental learning skills, communication psychology, technology and society, and international business at Mercy College; seminars in the Masters in Organization Leadership at Mercy; plus marketing communications and mass media studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Frank created "Project Terrorism," a professional workshop to prepare organizations for terror events. Frank has facilitated workshops on ethics, culture and diversity, conflict management, problem solving, program management and strategic planning for police in the federally funded New Jersey Community Policing program; he develops workshops for teachers on character education and ethics, cultural diversity, and education guidance technology through the New Jersey Educational Technology Training Centers. He is a certified New Jersey Police Training Commission (PTC) instructor.
Frank's career includes over twenty years in communications and branding on some of the great brands of the globe, including Quaker Oats, Armstrong, STP, Swissair, DoubleTree Hotels, Smirnoff, and Tropicana Casino-Hotel. He has worked in senior positions as both brand advertising and public relations manager and as ad agency VP, marketing strategist and account manager.
He holds a BS from Georgetown University, an MBA from New York University and an MA in human development from Fielding Graduate Institute. In addition, he is pursuing his doctorate in human development at Fielding Graduate Institute.
