Carolyn Steigmeir, Ph.D.
Consultant, Coach, Men's Issues Specialist
Carolyn
partners with clients to design executive development
programs, work on team building and to provide one-on-one
coaching with special emphasis on midlife men. Her specialty
is programs that improve men's lives, and the organizations
they work within. She is the author of several men's
workshops, including the "Loosen the Vise(TM)" program and "Midlife
Men: Masculinity and the Search for Meaning."
Dr. Steigmeier's career has spanned marketing, sales
and project management for international corporations,
management positions in state government, and consulting
to the defense industry. For a Fortune 500 Company in
the copier industry she managed a team assigned to design,
manufacture, and launch a new copier line. Working in
conjunction with quality guru Dr. W. Edwards Deming,
she developed and field-tested statistics-based quality
programs.
She holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems
from Fielding Graduate Institute. In addition, her education
credits include:
